The Higher Purpose Hub located at 238 Issaquena Avenue, Clarksdale, MS 38614 is being renovated in phases. This project, Phase 1, includes two (2) bid items as specified and as indicated on the drawings: 1. New roofing system. 2. New heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system.
